This is a special place for me, and I am very excited to share the beauty and benefits of aromatherapy here with you.
As I write this, I am surrounded by my collection of aromatherapy books stacked up here and there, easily at hand. My oils are sitting in their little wooden box nearby. They are dear friends to me. My diffuser, a gift from my eldest daughter is releasing “Petitgrain” into my workspace. Beautiful for the respiratory system when sniffles are about and is revitalizing, balancing and provides emotional nourishment to our souls. Yay, yay, yay, happy place!
Friends I have always been drawn to plants, herbs and natural remedies, the witchy kind of exploring, gathering, creating, ruminating and innately knowing kind of pull.
I began studying Aromatherapy part time several years ago because of the pull into the witchy and feminine and to soften the harsher world I found myself in.
I have since gained a qualification in Clinical Aromatherapy and weave this knowledge into my everyday life and body, mind and soul nourishment.
I could go on “forever” about all things aromatherapy however for now I have 3 points to share for your exploration.

Holistic Healing: Aromatherapy embraces the idea that health involves multiple dimensions. Essential oils aren’t just applied topically—they’re also inhaled, allowing them to influence our emotional and psychological states via the olfactory and limbic systems.

Natural Realignment: The “natural forces” refer to your body’s own capacity to heal and restore balance. Aromatherapy is designed to gently nudge those processes into motion, enhancing energy flow and emotional equilibrium.

Multi-Level Benefits: As the oils interact with skin, smell receptors, and deeper physiological systems, they can calm anxiety, uplift mood, ease pain, and even deepen spiritual practices. For instance, oils like lavender are known for their sedative effects, while jasmine can stimulate and uplift.
There is so much to explore my friends. I offer some of what I have discovered here. Please explore.
