Your essential nature is your spirit, heart, soul, your core. The integrity, the totality that makes you the divine individual that you are.
How can your essential nature be lost?
Sometimes in life we find ourselves in survival mode situations and in order to “survive” we relinquish our nature. This can be the result of many forms of trauma and life events spanning decades.
In my case that came in the form of narcissistic abuse. This form of abuse was something that I had never heard of yet I know deeply. I am here to share with you a beautiful path. A path to reach yourself and a path that I forged after leaving an abusive relationship that spanned over 20 years.
Intention and Disclosure.
There is no AI or artificial intervention within what I share and write. Humanness is integral to our essential foundation. For this reason I hold firm on being true to human nature, the law of nature and mother nature.
Please know that I write from the heart, with love and best intentions. I wish to cause no harm to any living creature or human being. For the good of all. And so this must be.
